6 June Pitwegea River Cape Selina, Alaska
Pete saw one about 2 miles east towards
mountain behind lagoon.
10 June Pete snared one and brought it
in alive. Having nothing to keep it in
we disposed of it.
19 June Marke and I shot at one on ridge near
lagoon. It was very big.
29 July Pitwegea River, Cape Selina, Alaska
Pete making daily trips trying to
trap or snare this animal. Another
possible in the area.
