8 Aug Patonga River, Cape Sabine Alaska
in shot near tent. No other seen on bluff
behind tent.
9 Aug Searched bottoms without success
for belkheaters.
10 Aug Saw one on bluff when down at tin
traphole. Later 3 hunted the bluff and
ridge in West Marsh. Saw 2 others. On
return there were a number on the
bluff and gravel bar near camp. I got 2
and Pete got 3
13 Aug Several on the bar and bluff behind Cup
this many shot moved out by moon. Pete
got one (I didn't skin it. Too pink).
