32 Western Fit - Commonly heard in the chaparral. Not often seen. Young not out yet.
33 Bewick Wren - Common in chaparral
Young completely feathered out
34 Western House Wren - Several seen around tangles of wild rose in the damp canyons and in the Blue Oaks.
35 Calif Thrasher - Not common. In chaparral and Live Oak associations
36 Western Bluebird - Common in small flocks in Live Oak, Blue Oak - Digger Pine and Valley Oak associations. Less commonly seen in the grainfields or willows along the creek
37 Western Great-catcher - Common everywhere in chaparral, Live Oak, and Blue Oak - Digger Pine associations. One feeding a bob-tailed young one on May 26.
38 Chainopleura - A pair seen in elder hue along Tres Pinos Creek west of Emmett.
39 Luteocent Warbler - Fairly common.
In isolated Digger Pines in the chaparral, in shady damp canyons (Live Oaks) and in willows along the creek,
