Palmer 1934 June 28 Cont. 2 rat traps were set in an old cabin about 100 ft. N. of camp. June 29. Caught 16 mammals of the following species: 2 Dipodomys leucogenys, 3 Perognathus parvus, 1 Eutamias minimus, 10 Peromyscus maniculatus. Drove north from camp with Hall and Bird and set traps at two places as follows: Mason Valley 12 mi. E Well- ington, 5000 ft., Lyon Co., Nev. and Mason Valley, 5 mi. N Pine Grove, 5300 ft., Mineral Co., Nev. Traps were set among Chrysothamnus, Sarcobatus and Atriplex. Set 85 gor.-sized mouse traps in all. June 30. Mason Valley, 12 mi. E Wellington, 5000 ft., Lyon Co., Nev. Caught 13 Perognathus longimembri panamintinus and 7 Dipodomys microps levipes in 46 gor. sized mouse traps. Mason Valley, 5 mi.
