San Bernardino Co., Calif.
Dec. 31. Caught 1 in 55 gov.-size mouse traps
set in chaparral of a wash. This one
was taken in a small pile of water-worn
boulders in a thicket of Cercocarpus
betulaefolias which also had a few
scattered plants of Prunus ilicifolia
mixed in.
