mile East of Stadium, Berkeley,
Alameda Co., California.
One male taken in oat baited trap
in tangle of blackberry, brake fern,
poison oak, Ceylus, and wild currant.
North facing slope near road. Took
P.C. Californicus within a few feet.

Hamilton Gulch, 650 ft., Berkeley,
Alameda Co., California -
Three taken in oat and raisin
baited traps. Two ♀ and one ♂.
One male taken in dense growth of
Bacharus beside the road on hillside
covered with hard chapparal.
One male taken beside road in clump
of Bacharus, wild blackberry and
Soap-root (Chloragelum), beneath
periphery of large California Bay tree.
Female taken. Hillside with north
exposure.
Female taken in open on west facing
cut by road. Dense foliage a few
feet above: Ceylus, Ribes (flowering
current), Bacharus, Poison oak
etc.
