Palmer 1934 Dipodomys a. agilis Aug. 12. 1 mi. NE Upland, 1350 ft., San Bernardino Co., Calif. Caught 4 in 45 mouse traps set at 15-20 ft intervals in a dry wash. All were taken on fine sandy ground. Plants here were Salvia apiana, Arte-misia, Creneus ilicifolia, Sycamore Trees and dry grass and weeds. Aug 13. 5 mi. E Ontario, 1020 ft., San Bernardino Co., Calif. Caught 4 adults in 70 traps set on a sand dune of fine sand, about 1/4 mi. long by 50 ft. wide. Dune was covered with a growth of Russian Thistle, Sunflower and Squaw Bush (Rhus trilobata) with small areas of bare sand between
