Palmer/1934 Neotoma lepida July 19. E. Walker R. 5050 ft. 2 mi. NW Morgan Ranch, Mineral Co., Nev. Caught one in 42 traps. This one was taken by some large boulders in a dry wash with Artemisia and Chryso- Thamnus. July 25 Smiths Creek, 6000 ft. Lander Co., Nev. Caught one young one in 70 traps which were set along a small stream at grassy places in Wild Rose and Quaking Aspen. July 28 Peterson Creek, 6500 ft. Shoshone Rts. Lander Co., Nev. Caught one in 9 rat x 34 mousetrap sleep which were set up a rocky hillside in a sparse growth of Artemisia and Pinon.
