Nominal list of birds seen at Amargosa River camp - not conspicuous: Western Yellowthroat Pileated Warbler Black-throated Sparrow Night Hawk Dove-tail Mockingbird Wheeler Mourning Dove May 25, 1931 Set out 63 traps 2 miles SE of Oak Spring camp. Location was on edge of the mountain. Elevation 5500 feet. Sagebrush, Creosote brush, and an occasional Pinyon are quite conspicuous among the vegetation this A.M. The traps contained 22 Oligoryzomys panamintinus, 1 Oligoryzomys formosus, and 1 Oryzomyx torridus longicauda. O. panamintinus was caught in most all
