Packed up and moved camp this a.m. Left at
10:45 and arrived in Tonopah about noon.
Meet Mrs. Bradshaw of the Nevada Fish &
Game who told us of some South American
Owl he had taken from the region.
Description fitted a White-faced Glossy
Ibis. Mr. Piles of Goldfield was in
town and directed us as how to get to
Ralston valley where we finally made
camp this evening.
We are located on the north shore of Mud
Lake (a dry lake normally) where there
are a number of low brush covered
sand dunes. The night is very cold
& windy. Set out 94 traps by 4:30 p.m.
