Wyley plus 1973 Journal 183 (7 km E of Luque ayud, Dept Central, Paraguay 1 Dec narrow billed shrike-tyrant wooreeps, blackish blue needletears, blondespecked woodcreepers. starred larks were either wetter or shot. The needletear has the habit of making a very loud call of perching on a fence or limb, and flying vertically down while twittering. Repeated at 10:15 sec intervals. Picoleto, Concepcion, Paraguay Eladio stopped by, & we talked about GuaranĂ­ animal names. A mitica is ky ya. The strange fossorial snake is Y By Ya. Y By means earth, "Ya means something that moves in".
