Stacia Paraguay. 12 July 4 molossid taken from an abandoned silo in the city. There were probably hundreds of bats, but all we encountered in sleeping on the outside of a hut on top of the silo. No way we could get at them except thru 5" cracks in the boards on the inside of the hut. We managed to snare 4 with hemostats & drag them thru. But the place reeked of molossid & their chirping & rustling indicated dozens of bats.
