Aug 16 Big Sagoon, 550 ft., Humboldt co., Calif.
Had 40 traps set on brushy hillside
(see journal) of Rhododendron occidentale,
blackberry, Vaccinium ovatum, and salal -
dense growth 4 ft high. Seemed dry
and sun parched, and soil was dry.
Caught 2, one a breeding ♂.
