Murray 1948 Peromyscus maniculatus June 19 San Jorge, 25° 44' N, 112° 07' W, Baja Calif and 20 traps extending well into the swamp in thick tangled growth about 4 ft high. There was soft mud with many dead leaves and branches on its surface. Put 4 traps up high on branches of larger mangroves, and 2 on a dense matting of mesembryanthemum which also grew up in the air. The rest were on the ground. Caught 8♂, 7♀, of which the largest percentage was in the swamp. Two of the traps in trees had mice, and both of those on mesembryanthemum. June 20
