MOON 1987 Journal 78 18 May Dorner's Camp, Granite Mountains, San Bernardino co., CA. for snakes every night. We're using my car and my grant money for travel expenses and he gets mad at me when I don't drive him around when# he wants to go somewhere! Altogether, we can't continue to work together much longer without getting into serious arguments. I would much rather see him leave than force me to create further problems by arguing or fighting. Anyway I will continue with my field work with or without him and I will not let his actions discourage me from completing my work. We continue to get along with each other but it may not take long before our cooperation ends. At night we drove over to Essex Road to look for snakes on the east side of the Providences. After sunset sunset it cooled down quickly as the breezes from the afternoon continued. on Essex Road just north of Hwy 40 cont'd.
