V. Memmler 1943 Seeborpus May 28, Galilan Range, 1500 ft., 3 1/2 mi. ENE Soledad, Monterey Co, Calif. I shot 2 specimen on rocks in the field and one on a fence post by the road. June 2, Santeiago Springs, 2700 ft, 8 mi. E + 1/2 mi. S Summles, Sh.Oc, Calif. I shot two specimens that were found sloping on the trunk of a cotton wood tree in the creek bottom. They seemed to me to have a more green color rather than the blue brand of those caught in the Galilan Range.
