Nov. 14 7 mi. W and 3 mi. S Placerville, 1400 ft., Eldorado Co., Calif
down Batrobe Road for 4 miles with spotlight
on road shoulder. Saw one house cat and
numerous tree cats. Later went to Placerville
and returned. No animals seen on the
road except a dead housecat.
