age - 1933 S. side Thompson Canyon, 3900', Walker Basin, Kern Co. Calif. Oct. 9, 1933. From trap line (1) I took 3 kangaroo rats & 3 peromyscus m. sonorensis. From line (2) I got 1 kangaroo rat & 2 pero. m. s. From line (3) I took 1 pack rat. From line (4) I took 2 pero. m. s. and 1 peromyscus californicus From line (5) I got nothing. From line six I took 1 reithrodontomys me galotis, 1 pero. m. s. and 2 perognathus I shot 1 cottontail rabbit, 2 chipmunks, 1 blewick wren, 1 lark sparrow and 1 band tailed pigeon.
