Just by way of being sure I had plenty to do today, it was so arranged that I get a skunk in a steel trap this morning. I took it from my line at the extreme south: 14 mi. S, 7.5 mi. W, Chico, 100 ft., Butte Co., Calif. 152 Mephitis occidentalis ♀ 705-360-83-35 wt: 22.66 gms. Sept. 28, 1933. I have been busy all day, and though I took some pictures this morning, I didn't get any outside work done today. Sept. 29, 1933 Today was our last day here, and I got another skunk!
