aye-1933. Rankin Ranch - walker Basin. - Nov. 16, 1933.- saw black rail and yellowlegs in the tule here. He described the birds, didn't name them. - Nov. 17, 1933.- Sick all day, didn't do any spec-imens, or anything else except run my trap line and shoot 2 Virginia rails and one song sparrow. - Nov. 18, 1933.- O.K. Today. Caught one shrew. Yesterday caught one gopher, one shrew, three peromyscus.
