June 29 - Pearl - two colonies discovered about 6 nests each, one young able to fly, all quite had juvenile plumage, no down, one abt 50 ft North of D.F. reference point # 17 other abt 50 ft north of D.F. reference point # 23.
The cry of alarm is a sharp hii

July 16 - Pearl - some nesting 75 yds N.E. of hotel
Sept 12 - Pearl a half grow bird noticed in a nest 100 yds E.S.E. of hotel, juvenile plumage but the complete color pattern of the adult, made it look like a nidget.
Nov 19 Wake Some seen on beach with noddis
Feb 14 - Pearl & Wake - few birds - more than noddie.
