November 19
9 AM to 2 PM - Windy, scattered cumulus clouds - From compound along lagoon to Wake channel, swam channel followed lagoon shore to southernmost point cut west to ocean hit shore 1/2 mi N.W. of point 50 yds South of a large coral boulder 100 yds back from water, around ocean shore of Wake back to channel, waded.
Observations -
1. 150 Noddies resting on the sand flat between sand spit and Wake channel
2. One Sooty tern flew over, called, while I was on the above mentioned sand flat
3. Rest given under species
Gen impression - About many Frigate birds & Red footed boobies - Met in the same area

Note - About 1/2 dozen rats seen at South end of Wake - lagoon side.
