swallowing, stalk legs sticking out of mouth

Impressions on November 13 - Birds
Boobie - have seen few recently - these in the
ark colored plumage - Sp?
Curlew - one flew by the station about a week ago
Flightless rail - very busy now bringing up
young
Frigate bird - Prob same population, 2 weeks ago
noticed a great flock wheeling at 500-1000 ft elev.
but fewer birds flying over the compound
Golden plover - Abundant an vociferous about comp
Avian tern - Think I noticed some about
2-3 weeks ago
Petrels - last time heard abt 2 weeks ago
Noddy - Present but scarce - not noisy
Sand piper - not seen since Sept 12
Tattler - think have seen recently
Turnstones - feed on lawn - howl or days not
regular
Sooty tern - gone
White tern - here but less conspicuous than in May
a new sp - Shore bird, seen twice
