Longhurst 1934 Itinerary Oct.21 Hinchica Cr. Marbled godwit, willet, dunlin sandpiper, white-tailed kite (3 prs.), golden eagle, duck hawk, american egret, ring billed gull, greater yellow legs, long billed dowitcher, american coot, clapper rail, sora rail, wilson snipe, pintail duck, Oct.30 M.V.Z., Berkeley, Calif. Today I received 1 ♀ Corynorhinus intermedius from Don Hemphill. It was still alive & had been collected by him on Oct.27 in a cave near Linden Falls, Angwin Cr., 1500 ft., 1 mi. S Angwin, Napa Co., Calif. Another ♀ had been collected at the same time. Nov.4 Hinchica Cr. On the night of Nov.2 I drove up from Berkeley, but did not reach home in time to set out traps. On Nov.3 I made 7 sets of steel traps, #1½ & #2. 2 sets were made along an old stone wall at the edge oak forest. Two sets beside the Cr., under large St. bay trees; 1 set at the bottom of a small side wash under blue oaks & Buckeye; one at the mouth of a den in a ledge of rock surrounded by
