Longhurst 1939 Itinerary Aug. 24 M.V.Z. Berkeley, Calif. About noon on the 23rd Alcorn and I left his ranch and drove to Reno. There I bid him goodbye and came home to Napa on the bus. He is keeping the truck in Nevada for further collecting at Carson near Minden and at Pyramid Lake and plans to bring it back to Berkeley about the end of the month. I stayed the night of the 23rd at home and the next morning drove on to Berkeley in time to register for work during the full semester.
