June 30 Crooked R., 3400 ft., at mouth of Bear Cr., Crook Co., Ore.
Only 1 of Peromyscus truei was caught
at this locality. It was caught in
a mouse trap baited with oat meal
at the bottom of a ravine among large
boulders and under a fairly dense
growth of Juniperus occidentalis.
