1. Code 1959 Eveemetes quisilla 11 June Peters-Schroder - at north end of Peters in the Wien "camp" area, nest with 4 eggs. Bird did not disturb the first time flashed but later (ca hour) it did give distraction display as it flashed off. Nest a depression lined with dry willow leaves among some short sedges on a mossy mound - a dry site surrounded by damp nearby tundra. No tussocks, 50 yds from lake shore. Pair seen on shores of little lake NW of Peters. 14 June Peters-Schroder L. - seen along Carnivore River up to Big Meadows but not above that point. 15 June Peters-Schroder L. - several seen in the braided lower reach of Whistler Creek. 28 June Unknot - not yet seen at this station.
