#9 - another of same clever as #8
#10 - old - 18" up in 4 ft brown
#11 - old - 4 ft up in crown of 7 ft
#12 - active - 45 eggs - 1 ft up in egg
4 ft - open stand on recent brush-lined
with plummigan feathers and cotton
grass.
#13 - old - 1 ft up in crown of 2 ft -
open stand of creek bed.
4 June
Peters-Schroeder Lakes - in drainage
of "Biles" Creek - redpecks common
in willow zones - there frequent
along creek - mostly want to head
high or lower. One nest - freshly
built - but no eggs (8709 percent
around nest) 14" up in evening 2 1/2 ft
in thicket in stream bed.
6 June
Peters-Schroeder L - new spawning
along Carnivore Creek all the way
up for 2 1/2 miles - no individuals
nesting in this willowless area.
8 June
Peters-Schroeder L - very common in
the willow-less rough bath on the
long BE ridge Schroeder & along lower
Whistler Creek.
