20 May Pitmegera - one 37 cm on the
bank (mud bank and mudstays
out crop) on the widge left limit
below camp.
21 May Pitmegera - one 37 cm on the
widge an wight limit above
camp in the late afternoon.
24 May Pitmegera - a pair seen foraging
along the edge of the river just
below camp. The male took
a bath at the edge of the river.
Pitmegera - a pair was seen
on the high ridge at the far
tide of the study area. Rock
slides in this area suitable
for nesting,
26 May Pitmegera - pair seen on the
long ridge downs and up river
from camp.
1 May Peters-Schwalder - two hught whales
seen on the lower part of the fan
across the lake from camp. They
were singing in flight and moving
couth up the vall.
2 June Peters-Schwalder Lakes - common on
rocky outcrops in the gras from west
wall of Peters over to Whitlins
A dozen or so pairs seen flitting about
