1. Code 1958 Zonotrichia leucophrys 8-9 July Umiat, Alaska - one adult seen both days around the Wien station. 10 July Umiat - 3 adults seen along the upper end of alizator road near bore d of hills - in a disturbed brushy area. 13-16 July Umiat - seen rather commonly on the brushy hillside where T70 is located. A total of 9 caught in the traps, 18 July - One adult caught in the mist net at the mouth of Seabee Creek. 3 August Okfilak River - Two immature birds were seen in some scattered willows about 3-4 feet high growing well up on the side of the wall just under the Leslewood Limestone formation ca 2 miles above camp at an altitude of about 2600 feet. 8 August Okfilak River - one immature bird seen in the same area described above. An adult was seen perched on a boulder on the alluvial fan below the gypsonian cliffs in an area of dense clover willow & birch shrubbery. 9 August Okfilak River Two immatures and one juvenile going into immature plumage caught in net on Cotton Creek.
