Code 1959 Passerulus semelvichensis 4 June Peters-Schwader Lakes - two or three seen in wet willow-tall grass areas in bottom of "Butte" Or also heard singing at two places. 6 June Peters-Schwader - in Carnivore Creek - one was seen in a tall grass meadow at lower edge of a fan on the west side about a mile above the mouth of C. Tall grass meadows on the lower reach of the creek looks good for this species. 8 June Peters-SchwaderL - two or three were seen in tall grassy areas of the meadows on the flats between the two lakes. 13 June Peters-SchwaderL - one was heard singing in the flats between the two lakes. + June Peters-Schwader - two were seen in the marshy area of Round Meadows along Carnivore River. + August Cohillie - 15 mi below Ottiliek - several seen along short willow covered banks of a slough.
