T. Code 1959 Motacilla flava 27 June Unicat - Nest near T6-9,0-6 young with primaries ca 20 mm, tails ca 10 mm. Nest located on side of many mowed overgrown with Cavy up to 8 inches high. Ground dry. Nest is not canopied by ridge but is shielded by it for 180° - nest lined with Cavilida hair and Microtus oleconomus fur - proven ridge stems on a comfort platform of moss & dried mud. The young were exposed to the mid- day sun and were panting. Nest holes inside diameter of ca 3½ inches. August Colville at Klikitakovak - several seen around mouth of R but none seen again until Ocean Point. 2 August Colville at Ocean Point - several seen in stand of willows across river from the point!
