Tewdus migratorius
1 June Peters-Schroder Lakes - two were seen on the west side of Peters on a steep rock stream slope of heath-
moors vegetation near some tall
willows. Boldly reported seeing
a robin about a week ago.
2 June Peters-Schroder Lakes - a nest with 4
eggs was found in the live of willows
on the next fan north from the shucks,
about midway up on the fan. Next 4
ft off ground on branch hanging over a
melt off stream in a willow with a
crown of 10 feet. About 150 ft. altitude
above lake. Nest of grass and sedge
stems and blades - dry - with some lichens
mixed in. No lining. 4 only present.
Allowed me to approach within 5 ft.
A singing bird was twice seen
in the same patch of willows on
Whistler Creek, but no nest could be
found.
3 June Peters-Schroder Lakes - one was seen
on the upper point of "Beltz" or on
a ridge of rock bawnus type - where
there were lots of old even bends.
It sat on a rock singing with tail
up and head up 4ft. No willow
overhanging around at all.
