11 August - juveniles seen commonly today along the
wood at the base of the hill leading up to
T1 and T3, at least 8 different individuals
seen. Two collected - one an adult in heavy
molt.
15 August - juveniles now seen commonly every
day on the upper river terrace. They leave
come out of the heavy brush into the open
fields, where they are more easily seen.
They especially frequent old wood and
cut truck wood - especially if there is
water in them. These they associate with
vegetation to some extent.
