Evenomphile alpestres
7 June Peters-Schroeder - a pair was
seen back of camp in the morning.
Yesterday Henry Brewster sighted
a pair near camp. The female had
an enlarged oviduct of 6mm with
her largest fall, about 7mm.
Another pair was seen on the fan
at the base of Chamberlain Creek.
8 June Peters-Schroeder - pair seen
foraging on lower parts of the
large fan SE side of Schroeder-
on dry grassy meadow lands-
north west side,
17 June Peters-Schroeder - one seen on fan
east side Peters between shrike
areas #6, 2 #7.
2 June Peters-Schroeder - a fledgling believed to
be this species was found on the
moundine that just cuts into the flats
between the two lakes. It was on dry
weeds - Carrioge - clump of willow shrubs
Lycopus - sparse edge ground. An adult
hawk seen in view by but it showed
no concern for the fledgling.
