18 June - east of Barrow
A good number were seen flying
in the same areas where Saline's
geese were seen, but these not so
common as the geese.
20 June Barrow - three or four seen flying
near west side of Cutzel Marsh,
5-26 June Coal Mine - M'Leod River - 6-8 seen
flying along the river past the village.
About four seen around the lake 1
mi SW of Camp where the Saline geese's
mat is located.
27 June Several were seen along the river above
Camp. One was observed hovering over some
pools beside the river.
28 June One seen in the area of T3 E.H.
29 June 3 seen flying over the long lake across the
view from the village.
30 June One seen sitting at the edge of a lake
about 1 mi below the village
7 July Barrow to S. Bar 3 - 80 old birds
seen in the general area of the south
end of D'broquie Lake.
2 August Franklin Bluffs, Sagavanish top R -
Half a dozen were seen fishing along
the river by the Soya Camp.
7 August Plover Islands - large flocks seen
from plane on these islands.
