Streverwies pomavines 25 May cont fluid. One bird, for instance, [illegible] wing-flashing behavior to two different individuals within a few minutes. I shot one bird today for Maher. 7 May Pitmegea - two very tame individuals were seen back of camp and near the coast. They were sitting about 160 yds. apart and both allowed me to approach with 25 yds before they fled, and then they spread out a little way before settling down again. 8 May Pitmegea - in the evening I threw out some bird viscera and a now bunch 20 yds from me. I had intended the meat for the pair of long-tails that had settled around new tent. They came down to it immediately, but no sooner had they begun to pull at the meat, then HNT pomavine flew over and mobbed them. The longtails flew up screaming and made dives at the pomavines, which paid no attention to the longtails. One of the pomavines came in and
