pairs seen on each day in the
area where we are now working -
T' 27, 5-6, 9-10. Does not appear
to be as common as usual around
Bower,
5-26 June Meade River Coal Mine - two
individuals seen so far.
8 June Two seen on the high tundra-heath
ground between the village and T7-8-
probably same two as referred to above-
same general area.
30 June Two seen near T1 in the late
evening - probably the same as referred
to previously.
6 July - about 6 individuals seen in a
3 hour drive.
July Bower to S Bar 3 - total of 11 seen
on the trip (see general account).
7 July Uniat, Alaska - none seen in this period.
