Cade 1957 Squawvolola squawvolola 5 June About 8 individuals (no pairs) were seen along the Draney. They were rather widely separated and seemed to be stationed in their respective areas on ridges or mounds of tundra. No golden Plovers were seen in the areas where their species was present. 8 June Three or four seen chasing each other and calling at the lake where we landed NE of Terkel pak. 28 July Pitt Point Two were seen foraging with other shorebirds in the evening along the "back-wash" area west of the site - nest and nest #1.
