Itinerary
July 22 (cont)
Did not set out any traps as I had enough left over from Old Mill to keep me busy. Made up specimens in afternoon
July 23.
Continued making up specimens from Old Mill.
Afternoon about 5 went with JR Arnold up into Big Creek Canyon east of our Campsite. Drove about % of a mile up Canyon Road, Jack took E side of canyon and I set traps on S and W side. Followed stream bed, for biggest part of way.

Went up canyon to check trapline. Took 4 Peromyscus crinitus,
3 Perognathus formosus and
1 Dipodomys ordii colum- bionus, the latter caught in a flat quite close to the stream.
Made up specimens until about 3:20 pm when E.R Hall, J.R. Arnold and self drove to a point 9 1/2 mi. E. New Reville in Railroad Valley. Discovered after arrival that sack of traps had been left at camp. I had 35 in my
