Lilleland 1933, Itinerary. 27 July 18 We had to abandon further trapsetting. I only got out twelve at this point. Strong wind blowing from NW. July 19. Up at 5. Breakfast and by 5:30 off to see what our traps had caught. Went to site on Tonopah road first. Out of twelve traps I caught only one Dipodomys ordii columbianus F. J. Arnold took none, S.D. Durrant 3 specimens. Drove to site 1/4 mi W Hot Creek and there took 3 Dipodomys m levipes, 2♂and 1♀; also one Perognathus nevadensis. No Microtus were found. Stayed long enough to set 5 Gopher traps and returned to Camp Three Milns about 8:30 Set out more traps with SD Durrant and JArnold.
