and Jack Arnold to get a deer which
Ward had left on slope of Mt Toquima on

me be west and south of camp. We
climbed a rock slide to see if
we could find conies. but no luck.
We continued up canyon until we
sighted Ward's white shirt which marked
the deer. We divided up. See map.
