ASM meeting, Manhattan, Kansas 14-20 June June 14 - Dr. Kansa City, MO, a small car to drive to Manhattan with Corisa. Francis Villalence went with us in little direction. Thunderstorm, a tornadoes around us. Dr. Manhattan ~ 20:00. June 15-19 ASM meeting at KSU. On June 17 was Northem at Kongo Provin Room just 5, I manhattan. We moved then shut 18:00 and took a day ride to see some of Reserva. Left ~ 21:00. After June 18, we drove N 1 hour to visit Navy's the Tuttle Reservior and came around the dam (08:00 to 9:15). After the last July on June 19 we returned to the Kongo Provin (16:45 - 20:15) and took the 2.72s, public trail. June 20 - Picked up Francis at the dam (09:00 + drove on US 24 (rather than I-30) back to Kansas city airport. Took long ride trip to Wyandotska County Park. Arrived at airport ~ 12:15 and returned home. Mammals noted: Bison - seen near. We tracks & weather noted at Kongo P. Odocoileus virginianus - second seen at Kongo Provin on June 17 & 1 on June 19. Program notes - I did watched at Kongo P. (19 June, ~17:00), was foraging in grass adjacent to forest.
