Took highway 160 to Walnut Grove & then S on Rice Truck Rd to Tyler Island Rd, W. to Georgiana Slough, a turn to Walnut Grove. Continued S along E side of Sacramento R. but took winding River road along W side of Georgiana Slough. Stopped briefly in Brannon Island State Rec. Area, & then circled Sherman Island (E. Liver Rd.). Cont. to Martinez for late lunch, taking a look at Marina then the highway to I-80 & to Best's & El Sobrante & finally home.
