Mourning Dove (con.), C. Crow (few), Sparrow, Thrush Sparrow,
E. Meadowlark (1), Brown Goldfinch (1),
Orchard Oriole, Red W. Hawk, Resident, Cd. Bul, House Sparrow (1 W.
Lexington). Saw few leaves with thick down to F 64:
Trumpet T. Swallow, Daring Woodpecker, E. Kingbird - 2,
E. Wood Pewee, Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Vesper Sparrow,
mistletoe, Sparrow - 2+, Bluebird, Indigo Bunting,
Goldfinch (10), Robin, Barn Swallow, Loggerhead Shrike
Black Vulture - 2, T. Vulture - 2, Field Sparrow - 1 (singing).
At road side west near Dale saw 18 Summer Tanagers.
Took highway 231 to Lincoln Memorial Park when we walked around for about an hour at the distance to
South Clemons, Jackson, and on to Owensboro, KY when
we spotted the light. Birds seen from Lincoln Pk. to
Owensboro:
