LIDICKEN 1990 July 1 came. After lunch in a pseudo-Chinese restaurant, we went back to our flat to get our luggage. Met D:owski again & then to airport, Krystyna & Regina saw me off. Left Warszawa 18:10, cv. K & I arr. Kvn. 19:30. Flight to Oslo delayed to 23:00 because plane was struck by lightning & had to be checked over. SAS gave us 50 kr each for a drink while we were waiting. Flight left 22:50. We got home before midnight - but not much. Evenskard 4-5 July Went to Evenskard on 15:42 train. Returned to Oslo on 19:25 train. Skinned a Sorex (genus minotoides) that had been caught on the grids (no.4) on 4 July in apparition of 5 July as it was not too fresh (not refrigerated). Birds seen: Shallow - lots Horned Mink - lots Swift - 10+ White Wagtail - 10+ Yellow Wagtail - 1 Fieldfare - 10+ Siskin - 1 Greenfinch - 1+ Sky Lark - 1 Wood Pigeon - sev. Black-ld. Gull - 5+ Horned Sp. - sev. 9-13 July Train to Evenskard 15:42 from Oslo, arr. 1900. Checked traps until 23:00 & the hot dinner. Mostly raining but beautiful rainbows. Put radio transmitter on rd. # (2000) in end. 10 July - Checked traps & skinned micromites species that had been caught in box trap around the buildings at the Skogstola (no. 4070), at last for a few days,
