Lodzkon 1990 a few met me Jan & Barbara Pinowski who let me use their place for my visit. They live only a short distance from Andrzejewski's. June 28 All day at Instytut Ekologii in Dziekanow L. Talked w/ Andrzejewska, Rogalska, NabasTo, Majurkiewicz, Wasilewski, Walkora, Adamczyk, & Chełkowska. Before we left the adjutant Pinowski arrived & we met with him as well. Dinner at Andrzejewski's along with Regina Rogalska. Roman is now Vice Minister (1st) for Environmental Affairs & in Poland he represented Poland at a conference in Washington D.C. At the party that I also talked w/ the other group about an award at SREL & at Eversted. June 29 At Instytut had formal coffee with Tadeusz Pros who is Vice-Director of Inst. & was hosting me - Dobrowolski was in Switzerland. Began seminar 10:30 w/ dyskusja going well now. Went with Joanna Gliniec and couple to house of Gabriela Rogalska (note: Rogalska) who live in Dziekanów. Walkora was also there. After much talk & eating, Gabriela took us via first car w/ driver to Stary Miasto for sunsets/sunrise. We spent 3 hrs walking around & some shopping before we were driven to our flat. June 30 Krystyna picked me up & we drove N about 56 km.
