Traps: rocks caught nothing. Oct 20 in sandy
beach, only 1 was set out off. Return to retrieve flying
squawled after that too. Only 1 day was good (N).
Lots to return to Beverly 14th.

Arrived about 13:30 - 30 Oct & left 13:00 - 3 Nov.
On 2 Nov. from 14:30-17:00 took boat drift from Sea
Gull Resort (N.W. Whopping Coves) into Aransas Bay to the
north into Aransas Refuge along the inner coastal wetlands.
Birds seen on trip (those seen only at Aransas Refuge are
indicated by an "A"):
Pink M. Gull - 5 (A)
White Pelican - 25 (A), 15+
Brown Pelican - 5 (A), 3
Double-crested Cormorant - abundant
Gt. Bl. Heron - 40 (A), 40+
Little Blue Heron - saw.
Reddish Egret - 2+
Common Egret - abun.
Snowy Egret - com.
Louisian Heron - 10+ (A)
Glossy Ibis - 3
White Ibis - 3 (A)
Gadwall - 10+ (A)
