Wood Duck - 20+ Turkey Vulture - 2 Black Vulture - 12+ Kestral - 1 K:lldow - 2+ Rock Dove - v Mourning Dove - 1 Belted Kingfisher - 2+ Fl:cker - 10+ Red-bellied Woodpecker - 1 Yel. bellied Sapsucker - 1 Downy Woodpecker - 4+ Red-headed Woodpecker - 2 Pine Warbler - 1+ (from? Blackford or could not see bird) Cardinal - 8+ House Sparrow - 1+ Phalarope - 2+ Alder Flycatcher - 1 (land?) Blue Jay - con. Crow - con. Caroline Chickadee - 4) Tufted Titmouse - 1 (land) Carolina Wren - 2+ Long-tailed Meadowlark - 1 Mockingbird - v Cat bird - 1+ Brown Thrasher - 1 White-eyed Vireo - 1 Red-wing. 2+ Red-eyed Vireo - 2+ n=33 Hitchcock Woods, Aiken, Aiken Co., South Carolina Oct. 21 ~14:00 to 17:30 Louise + walked in from SE corner (Clark St.) + then briefly from W end. It was sunny & cool with very little wind activity. Saw several Sciurus carolinensis + some mole sign. Birds seen:
