Sept. 30 - Oct. 1 - travel to York for meeting of the
Board of Trustees, BIOSIS
Oct. 1-6 - York, traveling to London on 6th, stopping
for lunch in Peterborough with group from Elsevier Pub. Co.
Oct. 7 - London to Exeter, Devonshire, via Hungerford,
Bristol Channel + Torquay.
Oct 8 - to Plymouth & the Dartmoor National Pk. to
Lyme Regis in Co. Dorset
(possibly Red John Lake)
Oct 9 - to Waymouth , then to Maiden Castle,
Dorchester, Stonehenge to Farham, Surrey
Oct. 10 - to Gatwick & return to N. Augusta, S.C.
DBR mammals seen: rabbits - lots, fox - 1 +
Ledgehog - 1, gray squirrels - few. Only non-domestic
mammals seen were Sciurus carolinensis. Also lots
of vole sign. A few attempts for Microtus running
turned up nothing.
